Get Comfortable

Keep in mind, though, the more you stress about it, the harder it will be to get better.

Try hard to breathe deeply. Not everybody can figure out the correct method for deep breathing. The appropriate technique for breathing is not to fill up your lungs, but your diaphragm instead. Your diaphragm is like an airbag that rests below your lungs. When you visualize about filling up from the lowest spot, it is literally the act of making your diaphragm full. The expansion of your chest is not a necessity for deep breathing. Put your focus on slowly filling up your body with air, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Then exercise the act of exhaling in the opposite way.
